Ghost stories from the USA: They say in the 1950's a little girl died of the flu in this room, so sometimes late at you can hear the sound of a little girl coughing. *historical event did not really happen*
Ghost stories from Europe: In the 1500's three hundred people were boiled alive and their bones were piled up behind the walls in this building, and every night at the stroke of midnight their ghosts fly naked and headless out of the wall, screaming. *historical event did really happen and human bones are visibly poking out of the wall*
